Illusionary Worlds: A Video Salon With Animator Jeanne Stern

Aurora Picture Show hosts a free educational video salon with a visiting Austin-based animator Jeanne Stern. Jeanne creates bizarre cinematic worlds using a hybrid of animation and puppetry. She will discuss creating space through stereoscopy and other illusions, as well as the effect of leaving openings in work for viewer participation.
